Pakistan Current Affairs

I am a mango person of Pakistan who lives in Punjab (A Province of Pakistan). Sorry I have to specify the the province because my dear readers there is a big difference between Sindh (Karachi) and Punjab electricity Situation. in Punjab there is a load shedding of 18 hours whereas in Karachi it is not more than 2 hours. Same as electricity, CNG is also short in punjab and only available 4 days a week whereas there is only 1 day load shedding in Karachi.
I Don't know politics but my question is why there is such difference. Is Punjab is not a part of Pakistan?
Why there is so many differences between Provinces.

Chairman NADRA Tariq Malik said NADRA for getting the right to vote for overseas Pakistanis has created software which will be able to vote due pyntalys million auusyz Pakistan.
NADRA Headquarters news conference in Islamabad, Tariq Malik said Sharon D software was developed with the help of two days pndr if so which countries vote in Saudi Arabia in Pakistan, UAE, UK, Oman , USA, Kuwait, Canada, Bahrain, Qatar, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, Spain, France and Australia are included. them that the software is very safe and simple. Election Commission for approval of software to will be sent to the Election Commission and the Supreme Court will be sent after approval. Chairman NADRA said that the software will be installed in sfarkanun which cost fifteen million Pakistanis vote there to help there will be a staff.

Pakistan have left former captain and vastly experienced batsman Younus Khan out of their 30-man list of probables for the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy.
